Fusing Yoga and Pilates is an ideal complement to the retreat. With practice you’ll be inspired, challenged, and motivated regardless of your level.
The weekly program covers over 20 full and diverse class hours.
They are taught in a rhythm that also allows you to have enough time for therapies or relaxation. With surfing, you will see how yoga and Pilates classes make the sport much easier and you’ll acquire skills in less time.
You will feel yourself grow as you gain confidence and motivation.
You’ll celebrate your progress and feel transformed!

Villa surrounded by gardens featuring a pool and a jacuzzi. Beautiful Canary Island style interior patio and dining area, boasting an outdoor lounge with sofas to read and relax. The villa features 6 double rooms, 4 private rooms, and 6 rooms with two single beds, all designed with rest and comfort in mind. • One of the foundations of yoga is conscious breathing, a method that allows participants to control their thought patterns, better connect with their own bodies, and improve their power of concentration.
• Moreover, few activities can help you understand the limits and possibilities of your body better than yoga, which will help you learn how to relax your muscles, stimulate your consciousness, and take a leap forward into the fascinating world of meditation, an essential step towards finding inner peace.
• Do you suffer from back pain or other muscle aches? Say goodbye to these issues with yoga, because every movement is designed to relieve muscle tension and make your body more flexible. In addition, thanks to these exercises and conscious breathing control, you will be able to address problems ranging from anxiety and stress to excess weight.

You must arrive by plane at Fuerteventura International Airport Puerto del Rosario (FUE). From the International Airport Fuerteventura Puerto del Rosario (FUE) to the retreat house you can rent a car at the airport, driving to the retreat is 30 min.
You can also take the number three bus to Puerto del Rosario, changing to the number six to Corralejo and then the number eight to Villaverde.
As an option you could take a taxi to Villaverde.

Just 100 km from the African coast, Fuerteventura is one of the largest and most popular cities in the Canary Islands. Its white sands, crystal clear waters, and cuisine make this island an ideal place for lovers of water sports and healthy living.
• Fuerteventura Beaches: who doesn’t like a perfectly manicured island in paradise? If your next destination is Fuerteventura, you can‘t miss out on treasures like the ones you‘ll find in Corralejo Natural Park, with over 2,500 hectares of space with dunes and crystal clear waters.
• Caves: If you’re wondering what to see in Fuerteventura, Ajuy should be at the top of your list. This region, located in Pájara, offers not only a magnificent and quiet beach for visitors, but has the Caves of Ajuy, a natural attraction formed mainly by lava that is a wonder to young and old alike. Take advantage of your stay in the village to go to the viewpoint of Ajuy, a point with spectacular views.
• Cuisine: do you want to know where to eat in Fuerteventura? Get a map of the island and check out some local restaurants with typical island menus: dishes with goat meat, papas arrugadas, mojo picón, and Majorero desserts that you’ll fall in love with.

The reservation can be cancelled at any time before the beginning of the trip, with the following implications:
If the cancellation takes place before 30 days of the beginning of the trip -including the 30th day-, the full amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place between 15 and 29 days before the beginning of the trip, 50% of the total amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place 14 days before the trip, the amount of the trip will not be refunded.
