With Pilates Reformer, you’ll begin to feel your body waking up thanks to the machines and complementary yoga and meditation classes. Combining Pilates with yoga will help you to control your mind, breathing, and relaxation, making you start to feel more alive. You will have time to relax, enjoy the pool, read a book, or visit the city center. You can choose to do all the activities or only those you want.

The villa is surrounded by gardens with a pool and a Jacuzzi as well as a beautiful Canary Island style interior patio and dining area. The house boasts an outdoor lounge with sofas to read and relax. It has 6 double rooms, 4 private rooms, and 6 rooms with two single beds, all designed with your rest and comfort in mind. Located in Fuerteventura, 35 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Corralejo Natural Park.

DAY 1: Welcome, settle in, and start relaxing.

1. Take care of your sleeping hours: depending on each person, it is important to sleep between 6 and 8 hours, approximately, every day. In addition, it is always convenient to sleep at the same time and follow the same routine.
2. Exercise: it is very positive to practice exercise about 3 times a week, since it helps us to secrete endorphins and serotonin, hormones very related to the feeling of wellbeing.
3. Meditate: there are many studies that support the advantages that meditation has for the improvement of our mental state.
4. Take care of your diet: select well the foods that compose your diet. Avoid fatty or excessively sugary foods and, on the contrary, eat plenty of fruit, vegetables and foods rich in fibre.
5. Organize your time: learn to prioritize, take into account your capacity and the resources (material and time) you have for each task.
6. Set yourself objectives: set short, medium and long term goals, it helps to structure and give meaning to life.
7. Take care of your personal relationships: social contact is associated with oxyticin, a neuropeptide that provides a sense of well-being. Therefore, it is important that you take care of your friendships and relationships with your family. Their support is of great help in psychological disorders and to combat anxiety.

You must arrive by plane at Fuerteventura International Airport Puerto del Rosario (FUE). From the International Airport Fuerteventura Puerto del Rosario (FUE) to the retreat house you can rent a car at the airport, driving to the retreat is 30 min.
You can also take the number three bus to Puerto del Rosario, changing to the number six to Corralejo and then the number eight to Villaverde.
As an option you could take a taxi to Villaverde.

This region, located in Pájara, offers not only a magnificent and quiet beach for visitors, but has the Caves of Ajuy, a natural attraction formed mainly by lava that is a wonder to young and old alike. Take advantage of your stay in the village to go to the viewpoint of Ajuy, a point with spectacular views.

The reservation can be cancelled at any time before the beginning of the trip, with the following implications:
If the cancellation takes place before 30 days of the beginning of the trip -including the 30th day-, the full amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place between 15 and 29 days before the beginning of the trip, 50% of the total amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place 14 days before the trip, the amount of the trip will not be refunded.
