Yoga is based on postures, where we will combine breathing and meditation. By performing these postures, we can completely relax and reduce our stress. It will also help us to sleep better as we will be at peace with ourselves.

Yoga classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

1. Take care of your sleep hours: depending on each person, it is important to sleep between 6 and 8 hours, approximately, every day. In addition, it is convenient to always sleep at the same time and follow the same routine.
2. Exercise: it is very positive to exercise about 3 times a week, since it helps us secrete endorphins and serotonin, hormones closely related to the feeling of well-being.
3. Meditate: there are many studies that support the advantages that meditation has for the improvement of our mental state.
4. Take care of your diet: select the foods that make up your diet well. Avoid fatty or excessively sugary foods and, on the contrary, eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and fiber-rich foods.
5. Organize your time: learn to prioritize, consider your ability and the resources (materials and time) you have for each task.
6. Set yourself goals: set short, medium and long term goals, contribute to structure and make sense of life.
7. Take care of your personal relationships: social contact is associated with oxytocin, a neuropeptide that provides a feeling of well-being. Therefore, it is important that you take care of your friendships and relationships with your family. Your support is helpful in psychological disorders and to combat anxiety.
8. Control your emotions: it is important not to be distressed with any circumstance that is out of the ordinary.

The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (AGP). From here you can take a car or bus.
If you are coming from another part of Spain, you can arrive by car, bus or train.

There is a lot to do in Málaga;
– Take a romantic sunset walk along the Muelle Uno, the new fashionable area of Málaga
– Take a walk along Calle Larios, probably one of the most beautiful shopping streets in Spain
– Do not miss the sunset from the Mirador de Gibralfaro, it is one of the essential plans
– Observe “La Farola” from different points of the city. It is the only lighthouse in Spain with a woman’s name
– One of the highlights of Málaga is the Alcazaba. Did you know that the Alcazaba was built before the Alhambra in Granada?
– You have to go for lunch or dinner one day to El Pimpi, the most traditional bar in all of Malaga. If you can, try to go and watch a flamenco show
– Find out why they call the Cathedral of Malaga “La Manquita” and, of course, visit the cathedral inside

The reservation can be cancelled at any time before the beginning of the trip, with the following implications:
If the cancellation takes place before 30 days of the beginning of the trip -including the 30th day-, the full amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place between 15 and 29 days before the beginning of the trip, 50% of the total amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place 14 days before the trip, the amount of the trip will not be refunded.
