The practice of yoga and meditation in small groups will allow us to adapt to all levels of practice

During the retreat we offer a purifying diet based on the ashram routine that will prepare us for the return to the routine and to eliminate the toxins that are accumulated in the organism

During the yoga class we will practice living in the moment, mainly with asanas or postures that are harmonized with the breath and benefit both the body and the mind

The meditation practices take place in the heart of the Navarrese forest. In this idyllic setting we offer you to integrate yoga and mediation into your daily life

We offer a purifying diet based on the routine of ashram, with an abundant and complete brunch or breakfast/lunch after the morning practices and an early lighter dinner

Jon is a Professor of Hatha yoga Alboran and GFU. Asthanga Yoga from the International Association of Yoga Sadhana Teachers.
Trained in psychology; Transpersonal Therapist by the Spanish School of Transpersonal Psychology, Gestalt Therapist by Ananda Psychotherapy, Trained in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) by IPH and in Systemic Therapy by Psicogestalt. Graduated in Psychology from Saint Louis University (Missouri – USA).
He will guide you during your stay and help you to disconnect from your usual routine

The nearest airport is Pamplona Airport which is 28 km from the retreat (45min). You can also get there by car.

Navarra is a Spanish region located in the north of the Iberian Peninsula, a magical place. Its beautiful landscapes and castles are almost fairytale settings, where you can enjoy a little escape to disconnect.
The Pyrenees of Navarre occupy the western third of this mountain range, which gently slopes from east to west until it reaches the sea. They are accessible mountains, ideal for walking, for entering impressive forests such as Irati or Bertiz, for contemplating seals flown over by vultures such as Lumbier or Arbaiun… They are a natural territory by excellence, which has been able to preserve its traditions and culture, its sturdy farmhouses and its rich gastronomy, as well as some artistic treasures such as the Collegiate Church of Roncesvalles or the San Miguel de Aralar sanctuary. In addition, you can enjoy many activities in contact with nature.

The reservation can be cancelled at any time before the beginning of the trip, with the following implications:
If the cancellation takes place before 30 days of the beginning of the trip -including the 30th day-, the full amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place between 15 and 29 days before the beginning of the trip, 50% of the total amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place 14 days before the trip, the amount of the trip will not be refunded.
