This retreat employs different tools such as: time for respecting silence, outdoor activities, group dynamics, and music and sound therapy.

The retreat will focus on the different aspects of yoga, from physical practice to work with breathing and meditation. We will integrate the traditions of B.K.S. Iyengar, traditional Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa Krama with the philosophical weight of Kashmir’s Tantric Shivaism.

This retreat, apart from offering you a chance to rest and relax your mind and body, also involve a process of self-exploration, self-discovery, and personal development.

Rural hotel located in the Sierra de Gredos (in Robledillo de la Vera, north of Cáceres), two hours from Madrid.

Day 1: Arrivals starting at 4 pm, yoga and meditation presentation class, dinner, and meditation.
Days 2 : Meditation, conscious breathing (pranayama), breakfast, yoga class, lunch, yoga nidra – visualization and self-awareness, restorative yoga – pranayama – meditation, dinner, and meditation or sound journey.
Day 3 : Meditation, conscious breathing, breakfast, yoga class – pranyama and meditation, lunch, retreat closing and farewell.

Yoga and meditation are millenary disciplines that will help you take care of your temple that is body and mind. We have more than 10 years of experience and learning within the different styles of yoga (Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa, Therapeutic – restorative) and meditation (Buddhist, mindfulness, vippasana …) and other contemporary tools such as Life Coaching and emotional intelligence.

Still haven’t tried out the wonderful world of yoga? In addition to its countless physical benefits, it’s an exciting way to find oneself. Stress, pressure, and anxiety are common in most of our daily lives. However, yoga can help you to get rid of the symptoms of these problems from your consciousness to pave the way towards inner peace. We can help you build a solid foundation:
• One of the foundations of yoga is conscious breathing, a method that allows participants to control their thought patterns, better connect with their own bodies, and improve their power of concentration.
• Moreover, few activities can help you understand the limits and possibilities of your body better than yoga, which will help you learn how to relax your muscles, stimulate your consciousness, and take a leap forward into the fascinating world of meditation, an essential step towards finding inner peace.
• Do you suffer from back pain or other muscle aches? Say goodbye to these issues with yoga, because every movement is designed to relieve muscle tension and make your body more flexible. In addition, thanks to these exercises and conscious breathing control, you will be able to address problems ranging from anxiety and stress to excess weight.

You can get there by car and plane. The nearest town is called Robledilo de la Vera (Cáceres), less than two hours from Madrid. You can also get there by plane, from Madrid-Barajas Airport with a route of 178km.

The Sierra de Gredos is a mountain range in the Iberian Peninsula’s Central System that spans the Spanish provinces of Salamanca, Cáceres, Avila, Madrid, and Toledo.
This natural area is part of the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism granted by the EUROPARC Federation.
The mountains are seen through a spectacular succession of lagoons, cirques, gorges, peaks, cliffs, needles, and morrenic deposits that play host to a paradise of flora and fauna.
Alongside these natural treasures, the Gredos area is home to sites with invaluable history, art, and tradition, including the Roman road of Puerto del Pico and the villages of Candeleda and El Barco de Avila. Don’t miss out on the famous and exquisite beans from El Barco de Avila!
Doing yoga and hiking in an environment like the Sierra de Gredos makes personal and group work an incredible experience.

The reservation can be cancelled at any time before the beginning of the trip, with the following implications:
If the cancellation takes place before 30 days of the beginning of the trip -including the 30th day-, the full amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place between 15 and 29 days before the beginning of the trip, 50% of the total amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place 14 days before the trip, the amount of the trip will not be refunded.
