Reducing your stress and anxiety level: Regular yoga practice has infinite benefits, including reducing the level of stress and relieving anxiety and this is because it relaxes the nervous system. It also improves your flexibility, elasticity, and improves your physical and mental balance. It strengthens your muscles and bones and reinforces our immune system. It also helps us to rest and sleep better at night.

We will go hiking every afternoon, we will walk and feel the rustling of the leaves under our feet, the little birds singing, our breathing speeding up as we go, our eyes relaxing looking at the horizon. We walk consciously, in silence, connected to ourselves and to nature.

We will work on self-esteem and self-confidence. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy and our inner judge is terrible and tells us horrible things that make us get discouraged and unmotivated, sometimes we think that this is the natural thing and that we are like that and that’s it. There is another way to live and treat yourself, you just have to learn how. In both group and individual practices we emphasize not to get into comparisons, not to crush us, to accept ourselves as we are. We don’t lack or have anything to spare.

We will practice assertive communication, a way of communicating consciously to express our ideas, opinions, points of view and our desires and needs. In a clear, consistent, direct, balanced, honest and respectful way, without the intention of hurting or harming, and acting from a perspective of self-confidence. We will learn to communicate in a direct way, without offending. This way of communicating will help us to manage conflicts, negotiate and establish conversations with different people and in different contexts.

Sandra will be the one to guide you on this journey. Passionate about travelling, about life, about how to feel the well-being, peace, tranquillity and serenity that so many of us desire. She has done retreats in Argentina, Chile, etc… Vipassana retreats, of vital expressive movement, active meditations, passive Osho meditations among others.

And in Pucon, Chile was where in a beautiful Sannyas ceremony he was given the name Maha Devi, which means the Great Goddess…

You can get to Flaçà by train. Try to arrive at the station before 6pm and either a participant or we will pick you up. We always try to manage cars and coordinate with those who don’t have one. The Costa Brava is an area full of incredible places and experiences that you can’t help but enjoy. Located in the province of Girona, with the winds of the Mediterranean like the Tramuntana and the erosion of the sea have made it a unique place, which we assure you, you will fall in love with.

It offers a large number of coves hidden among the vegetation and cliffs that end up in crystalline waters, walks along Caminos de Ronda by the sea, the charm still preserved by old fishing villages or its cuisine with protagonists such as fresh fish and seafood … make it one of the best places in the world to live.

The reservation can be cancelled at any time before the beginning of the trip, with the following implications: If the cancellation takes place before 30 days of the beginning of the trip -including the 30th day-, the full amount of the trip will be refunded. If the cancellation takes place between 15 and 29 days before the beginning of the trip, 50% of the total amount of the trip will be refunded. If the cancellation takes place 14 days before the trip, the amount of the trip will not be refunded.
