We invite you to take a journey of introspection that will help you to embrace the present and understand the vital moment you are currently in.

Our goal is to show you useful skills for your daily life, so we will practice simple and effective techniques that you can do at home and incorporate into your own practice. We can guarantee  that you will end the week feeling strong and totally inspired. The first part of the retreat we will do yoga practices that will help us focus and strengthen our spirit by connecting with ourselves and by creating a space in which we can observe ourselves. As the week progresses we will focus on opening our hearts and allowing emotions to flow while releasing tensions that our body may contain. At the end of the week we will practice asanas and pranayamas that will help us to deepen our state of meditation.

Each retreat is different as we create them in a customised way depending on the characteristics of the participants, skills and previous experience. It doesn’t matter if you are an experienced yogi or a beginner, we will practice taking into account your level and your needs at all times. The styles we will practice are Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Yin yoga, restorative yoga and various breathing and meditation techniques. We want you to feel free so none of the activities are compulsory, if you need to you can skip some of them.
