These 14 days are a shortcut to your inner happiness.

All sessions are held at the top of Shala with panoramic views of the valley

In the last week of this retreat, this process will be accompanied by Satsang with Master Samdarshi in a different location 10 minutes drive from the retreat center.

Every day with different options of vegan food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) that are prepared with fresh and local products, served in buffet style, where you can choose your combination of foods. Meals are served in the Blue Planet restaurant, along with Ayurvedic coffee and teas, water.

You will have 2 days off, time to enjoy an Ayurvedic massage, or to explore other beaches, or to take a boat trip to see dolphins ! This day is exclusively for you, to rest or simply relax on the beach.

Sunday, January 17th to Tuesday 19th: Hatha Yoga & Pranayamas / Kriyas (varies every day) – Breakfast – Free time – Lunch – Sunset meditation – Dinner – Healing meditation / Body mind meditation

Wednesday 20 to Friday 22: Anapana Meditation – Hatha Yoga – Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner – 1 energy breathing session (morning or evening) – Gurushankar Meditation

Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th – Free day with an excursion

Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27: Anapana Meditation – Hatha Yoga – Breakfast – lunch – Dinner – 1 energy breathing session (morning or evening) – Gurushankar Meditation

Saturday 30 and Sunday 31: 2-day retreat with Master Samdarshi, including yoga classes, different types of meditation, and 3 meals.

Satvika after travelling all over the world, destiny brought her to India where she was able to learn through her master Swami Samdarshi the active, passive and silent meditations. A certified Yoga teacher accredited by the Yoga Alliance, she combines the retreats between Ibiza and India, directing her energy to the growth of her consciousness to discover nature.
You can also find Davy as a co-teacher who describes himself as a student of the practice who is very grateful for the wisdom his teachers have shared.
Daily practice helps him to be stronger, more flexible and more daring, both on and off the mat. He teaches weekly group classes in ashtanga, sivananda or yin yoga.

• Do you suffer from back pain or other muscle aches? Say goodbye to these issues with yoga, because every movement is designed to relieve muscle tension and make your body more flexible. In addition, thanks to these exercises and conscious breathing control, you will be able to address problems ranging from anxiety and stress to excess weight.

By plane: The main departure points for planes going from Europe to India are Frankfurt, London, Paris, Amsterdam and Rome. From Madrid several airlines fly to India with stops in London, Frankfurt, Amman, Paris, Amsterdam or Rome.

By land: Ideally, you can get to Istanbul (Turkey) by train and bus and then link up with coaches to New Delhi, or you can go by air in the local transport of each country. From Nepal, you can easily cross over to India via the various open border crossings, and from Bangladesh, you can also cross over to India via the border crossings.

Passport and visa

A visa issued by an Indian consulate is required.

– Three photographs and a passport with a period of validity longer than the period requested for the visa are required.

– The completed form with all the requirements can be delivered by hand, by post with a postal order and a sealed envelope with the applicant’s address or by courier with instructions to collect the passport later.

-The tourist visa cannot be renewed, so one would have to leave the country and obtain another visa from an Indian embassy.

Jaipur is often used as the gateway to Rajasthan and is one of the first steps taken by first-time travellers to India. Jaipur has a little bit of everything, so you’ll want to discover the whole country. The pink city, as it is popularly known, falls in love corner by corner, as long as you overcome the chaotic effect that some travellers are caught off guard.

The reservation can be cancelled at any time before the beginning of the trip, with the following implications:
If the cancellation takes place before 30 days of the beginning of the trip -including the 30th day-, the full amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place between 15 and 29 days before the beginning of the trip, 50% of the total amount of the trip will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place 14 days before the trip, the amount of the trip will not be refunded.
