The following activities are planned for the retreat:
1. Yoga and meditation: Hatha Vinyasa, Yin mindfulness
2. Working Workshops: Yoga nidra, Massages, Qi Gong. You will learn comprehensive Yoga based on classic Hatha yoga.
You will learn the full sequence during your seven-day stay, so that you can do it yourself after the retreat without a yoga teacher. You’ll gain knowledge about deep relaxation, pranayama (Kapalabhati, Anuloma Veloma), Surya Namaskara (Sun Greetings), and Asanas. The Asana sequence is a fixed sequence. Once learned, you can practice it at whatever intensity you desire. The asanas in this sequence are in a special order. In class, you will work on your spine, from the crown to the tailbone, and backwards, bending the spine in all directions, forward, backward, left, right and turning it both ways.
